Update: I didn't realize this was a regional Deal at Target. Not all Targets are having this deal going on this week. However, from looking around it seems like some girls are saying this deal was being done in their Targets a couple of weeks ago. So keep an eye on your Target ad to see if this deal will be coming to your store soon. I'm sorry if any of you have gone to your Target for this deal and it didn't work!!
