The best Pumpkin cookies!

We had some family over for dinner last night and pumpkin carving and I was so excited to make my favorite pumpkin cookie recipe for the night! These are THE BEST pumpkin cookies ever and not only for their wonderful goodness but because of how cheap you can make them as well as how fast and easy they are to make!! I am all about the time to goodness ratio, meaning no matter how good something is, if it took me an hour to make it's just not worth it. I love recipes that are super quick to make and taste amazing in the end! Who doesn't want that?

This recipe only has 3 INGREDIENTS. They are:

1 box Spice Cake Mix (any brand cake mix)
1 bag chocolate chips (milk chocolate or semi sweet)
1 15. oz can pumpkin puree (not pie filling!)

Mix all the ingredients together. You DO NOT make the cake mix as you are directed to by adding the oil and eggs you are going to just add the dry mix with the pumpkin and chocolate chips. Once those 3 ingredients are mixed together you simply spoon the delicious cookie dough onto a pan and back at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. And don't forget to eat the guilt free, no egg, yummy cookie dough while you are waiting for your cookies to come out looking like these!!!
Oooohhhhh Buddy!! These are good.

Overall price for these cookies:

1 cake mix: $.88
1 can pumpkin $1.00
1 bag chocolate chips: $1.50
Final Price: about $3.50

I found some Libby canned Pumpkin coupons for $1/2 HERE. Click on the canned pumpkin coupon and you may be directed to register for the website. Just register and then it should take you straight back to the coupon.

There is also a $.75/2 coupon for Nestle Tollhouse chocolate chips on that same link.

Also keep your eye out for coupons in the near future for baking supplies like cake mixes, flour, and all other baking supplies. These will be coming on sale during the next 2 months or so for the holidays so stock up!!
