Toys for the Holidays!

I read an article today by The Simple Dollar as well as a short article from the USNEWS about how the "stick" was just put into the Toy Hall of Fame. I had no idea there was a Toy Hall of Fame so I was immediately curious to see what the top toys were. I was VERY surprised to see that almost all of the toys were either FREE, like the cardboard box, Play-Doh and stick or Almost FREE like the Slinky, Silly Putty, Marbles and many more.

I loved seeing the Toys that made it into the Toy Hall of Fame because it gave me some great ideas for Frugal Christmas ideas for our kids, especially stocking stuffers, as well as brought back a ton of memories for me as a kid!
